ZZX Publisher
Privacy policy
ZZX Publisher is the internal social publishing tool of ZZX Digital. It is used by ZZX Digital's team to plan and publish posts for ZZX Digital's own brands and its clients. It is not a consumer product and has no public sign-up.
What we access, and why
When a social account is connected, we access it through the platform's official API — Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram), YouTube (Google) and TikTok — solely to publish the content our team schedules, to read back the status, permalink and publish time of those posts, to read basic account information (name, username, id) so the account can be shown in the tool, and to check that the connection is still healthy.
Google user data: ZZX Publisher's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to upload and schedule the videos our team creates and to read back their status; we do not transfer it to others, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except as needed for support and security.
Where it is stored
Content, schedules and account records are stored in our Supabase project (hosted in the United States). Access tokens are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault and are never shown in the interface. The web app runs on Vercel.
Retention and deletion
We keep publishing records while an account is managed in the tool, and operational logs for up to 180 days. Disconnecting an account deletes its stored tokens. You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you or your account at any time by emailing jacob@zzx.digital — see data deletion.
What we never do
We do not sell data. We do not share it with third parties except the platform APIs above and our hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel). We do not use connected-account data for advertising or profiling.
